The following Photos show a work in progress for a Hit
n Miss Engine with a bore of 1 3/8" and a stroke of 1 7/8".
This is the Cast Iron Piston and Lapping fixture.
Piston, Sleeve and rings all from cast iron.
Slitting the rings.
Fixture to set the rings.
Setting the rings with heat treat.

Hogging out one of the flywheels.
